What all can you embroider?
If you can stick a needle through it and clamp it with an embroidery hoop, we can do it! However, every item is unique and some finished products can not be embroidered such as golf bags, toys, etc.
Is there a limit to the number of colors per embroidery project?
Nope.
Is there a fee for digitizing?
Yes, starting at $45.
How large can you sew on a hat?
Generally, 5"x2" though hat styles vary.
Can you customize a product that wasn't purchased from you?
Absolutely!
Do you have a stitch limit?
No stitch limit, but some embroidery files will not fall under standard pricing.
What is your average turn around time?
It varies by season, but we do our best to stay within a 5-7 day turn around.
We kindly request a 7-10 day window for new corporate customers to ensure everything is perfection and to your liking. We often have rush fees available to make magic happen. Just ask and we will see what we can do for you!
What colors of embroidery thread do you have?
Every color under the sun.
Is there a limit to how many colors that can be done on a screen printing project?
No limit, but mo' colors mo' money.
How big can you stitch a design?
19"x24"
Can you do "Puff/Raised" Embroidery?
Yes.
What brands can you order?
We carry most major brands and we can work together to get you what you want.
What all can you screen print on?
Clothing, bags, flags, koozies, and so much more.
What is digitizing?
Taking an artwork file and making it into a specific embroidery file so that the machine knows what to do. This is an artistic process that is not the same as a vector file.
Can I order just one item?
Yes, any number from one item to thousands.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we have discounts starting with orders consisting of 12 pieces or more.
I need to bribe you to get something done faster, what do I bring?
Good scotch--not from the bottom, not from the top, right in the middle.
